Why does the centre need donations?
In order to provide its services to the community, the Centre receives welcome financial assistance and help in kind from its sponsors. However, we always need additional funds which have to be raised from various fundraising activities as well as from private donations and gifts.
If you can manage a contribution, however small, towards our activities, you can be sure that it will be used in a cost effective way towards providing valued services for local people.

Do you use Gift Aid?
Under the Gift Aid scheme, when a UK resident and taxpayer makes a donation to a registered charity, the charity can reclaim from the Inland Revenue the tax which has been paid on the income used to finance the donation. This increases the value of the donation by 25% at no cost to you.
By completing the Gift Aid section on the donation form, you are confirming that you wish us to treat your donation as a Gift Aid donation. You are also confirming that you have paid UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the we will reclaim on this donation.
